Been coming here for years now and this place is our go-to for good Mexican take out. The food is always solid in my opinion. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long but that's just because it's a popular spot on the weekends. During the week you can get in and out pretty quick usually. The staff is friendly but also down to business because theyre trying to get you your food quick. Overall it's just a solid spot and any negative reviews are probably just one offs. Now if you want a nicer place to sitdown and eat yeah this probably isn't the spot but for solid take out I can't recommend anywhere else if you're in the area.
This is my local go-to Mex joint. The food is good and consistent. I'm hooked on the burrito Mexicana. Good people working there. Fast service. Quantity and quality are perfect.
I get the 'Burrito Dinner with Rice and Beans (Cena De Burrito Con Arroz Y Frijoles with rice water and baby onions' all the time! It is great every time! I have been getting food from here for almost 20 years! Love this place! We have dined in, take out, and delivery

My favorite neighborhood mexican food spot. I come here at least once a week for quick and fresh taco, burritos, sopes and the like. My favorite is the steak and tongue, yummy! One of three locations.

El Gallo is my favorite spot for late night tacos in my area. Visited around 1 am...ordered tacos. They were amazing. That story hasn't changed. Prices are reasonable and service is fast.
The bistec a la mexicana taco dinner is delicious. All portions are big. All food is very good and fresh but a la mexicana steak is my go too. Need to stop in again
I have never felt more at home at a restaurant. The staff is so friendly and cordial. Lorena especially goes above and beyond. Aside from the staff, I have never been anything but happy with the food. Really great place.
